Please provide your parents/ guardian with the enclosed syllabus outlining our expectations in the e-learning environment and the supplies I have provided to you and the class fee due to the office.

Please have the bottom of your syllabus signed, Photograph it and upload it to Canvas.

Due to the fact that you have been provided a variety of materials, at which there are only select items you may keep, some materials will need to be swapped out for new material mid-semester, and some materials will need to be brought back indefinitely as they are not consumable materials and other students will need them in upcoming classes. Below is the supply ticket and what you are allowed to keep.
