As your team researches existing and prior solution attempts, you will start to gather general requirements that any solution should have. We will build on this information in the next component as we begin to design possible solutions. This information is important to capture in your project proposal because it allows you to identify stakeholders and end users who will help you refine these design goals into requirements, specifications, constraints, and parameters.
